Deposit / Payment
A deposit of one-half of the total rental fee including applicable tax is required at time of reservation. Balance of payment is due two weeks prior to checking in.
Cancellations / Early Departure / Schedule Change
Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to reservation date will have deposit refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
- Weekend rate: $125 per night based on double occupancy. Weekend rates apply to Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun stays
- Weekday rate: $115 per night based on double occupancy.
- Extra person: $10 per night There is no charge for children 12 years of age or younger.
- Nightly stay with hunting privileges on the property: $100/night per hunter
- Reservations must be made in advance
- Minimum stay is Two nights
- Minimum age required for renting is 21.

- 14 -20 days prior to reservation date - 75% refunded
- 4-14 days prior to reservation date - 50% refunded
- less than 4 days- no refund will be made
